![]() The place is full of gossip and you are looked down upon if you are too busy taking care of customers to participate in every contest, event etc. The software is complicated and not super user friendly). (FYI what the customer thinks of the software shouldn’t reflect the technicians. All they care about is the company score, employees just turn into numbers, and you are looked down upon if your score isn’t beyond what they ask.because it is our responsibility to be sure a customer rates them as tens always. Some of the direct managers are great, other times you feel like you are being babysat and there is a lack of freedom. They need to hire and move up from within rather than continuing to hire new people who are being hired with better pay in better departments right off the bat with minimal training. They continuously hire people from outside of the company when upper management knows the degrees and skills of people who are already employees there. There is a lack of communication between some departments which leads to some looking incredibly ignorant in front of customers. Live your life with humility and respect for others. Try being a person every day that doesn't make people surprised when you do show up on Sunday at church. Oh, and for goodness sake, the hipocracy of the prayers. There are some great co-workers, but stay away from the managers. The opening of the Dallas office is just the latest icing on this fragmented cake. It's just one company with "potential." Every year this job gets more unbearable. ![]() You are not better than other people, and TimeClock Plus is not the only company in the world. You put your pants on one leg at a time too, and need to take a shower in the morning just like everyone else. How about training and developing your team and interact with them to make the company solid, not separate yourselves like you are somehow superior. They are egotistical and arrogant and cannot be bothered with even speaking to the regular employees who bring in the $. The workplace culture s divided into cliques and psychology experiments, very similar to high school and the upper level management and c-level execs are jso high on their own perceived success they are way out of touch. Some of the middle managers are nice, but rest assured, they are out for themselves and are ambitious and will not hesitate to throw someone under the bus if it is in their own best interest. The work itself is interesting assisting customers with technical issues ![]() Micromanagement is a typical day at work. ![]()
